Pursuant to Reg. (EU) 2016/679, in relation to the personal data provided, directly by you or by persons authorised by you, at each stage of the contractual and pre-contractual activity that characterises the working relationship between our companies, we provide you with the following information.

Purposes of processing for which personal data are intended and legal basis of processing LANARO Srl processes the personal data users provide for the following purposes:

  • fulfilment of contracts and orders,
  • administrative and fiscal management of contracts and orders,
  • responding to requests for information or support,
  • commercial, promotional or marketing purposes,
  • statutory obligations.
The legal basis for data processing is the fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual purposes or legal obligations in relation which Reg. (EU) 2016/679 does not provide for explicit consent.
Processing method LANARO Srl processes the personal data of users using appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. Processing is carried out using computer and/or computerized tools.
Categories of data processed In managing contractual and pre-contractual relations, LANARO Srl processes common data, which may be provided to the supervisory authorities upon explicit request.

In any case, LANARO Srl assures that the minimum data required to guarantee the contractual and order requirements will be collected.
Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data The data may be accessed by:

- authorised personnel, as defined in Art. 29 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679,

- external entities appointed as data processors, pursuant to the definition given in Art. 28 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679.
Period for which the personal data will be stored Personal data are processed for as long as required to process data related to the employment relationship and/or contracts or orders or required for the purposes described in this document.

Longer periods are envisaged for the fulfilment by the Data Controller of obligations imposed by current legislation.
Place where personal data is stored Personal data are processed at the premises of LANARO Srl and at any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
Intention of the Data Controller to transfer personal data to a third country or international organisation LANARO Srl shall not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations that do not provide evidence of compliance with Reg. (EU ) 2016/679.
Fundamental rights of the data subject and the possibility of exercising them As data subject, the user shall have the following rights:

- to access data,

- to have inaccurate data rectified, without undue delay, in case of explicit request,

- to have personal data deleted.

The user also has the right to restriction of processing and the right to object.

LANARO Srl does not base its selection activities solely on automated data processing (including profiling).
Right to withdraw consent at any time As data subject, the user has the right to withdraw consent to all forms of processing of the personal data provided.

This right can be exercised by sending an email to privacy@lanarosrl.it.
LANARO Srl shall reply within 30 working days of receipt.
Right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority As data subject, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Existence of legal or contractual obligations or requirements for the conclusion of a contract Failure to authorise processing will make it impossible to proceed with the fulfilment of contracts and orders.
Legal defence The personal data provided may be used by LANARO Srl in legal proceedings or in the preparatory stages of such proceedings to defend against abuses.
