The first of a series of planned interventions on this important accommodation facility, where the interior design, together with the high quality materials and finishes, make the Hotel Riviera Resort in Lignano unique of its kind, throughout the Lignano coast area and beyond.
Based on the architectural project which expected the complete recovery of the existing structure, Lanaro carried out a heavy intervention which involved all the common areas of the hotel, designing and producing a ventilated cladding, totally self-supported and structurally independent from the existing structure, possible thanks to the reinforced concrete pillars, connected each other by steel reticulars trusses. Everything was then covered in wood and stone, fixed with kerf technology and where we can see glazing and openable brisoleil applied on it. Lanaro also made the restaurant elongation by a dedicated steel structure, complete of roof insulation, waterproofing and equipped with sliding lateral windows.
