In cooperation with a local glazing company, Lanaro design and produced this retractable skylight with a dedicated sun shade, including its mechanism and its electronic control system. The Retractable Skylight consists of a steel and glass structure, that can be deployed or retracted to close or open the roof of the building.
The Retractable Shade consists of a white shading fabric that can be deployed or retracted to reduce the sunlight coming from the skylight. Both systems run on specific rails and trolleys, pulled by a chains.
